Terms of Service

Kraena Pre-Health provides educational material to help students explore health careers and prepare for pre-health study. It is an information and study resource.

It is not admissions advice, financial advice, career counselling, or medical training. We do not guarantee admission to any programme, any particular salary, or any employment outcome.

Career information — including pay figures, programme lengths, and licensing requirements — is compiled from public sources such as the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and changes over time. Always verify current requirements directly with the schools and licensing boards in your state before making a decision.

You need an account to access paid material. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

One account is for one person. Sharing login credentials, or distributing course material to people who have not purchased access, is not permitted and may result in access being revoked.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, review these terms and the Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian before creating an account or purchasing.

Path360 Free — $0. A free account includes basic Path360 features such as onboarding and profile setup, the Today dashboard, career discovery, Career Explorer, and career comparison.

Pre-Health Foundations — $19.99 as a one-time payment for lifetime access.

Path 360 Monthly — $9.97 per month. This unlocks the full planning workspace beyond the basic free Path360 features, including roadmap planning, experience and clinical-hour tracking, opportunities and outreach, resume tools, applications, documents, and personalized guidance.

Path 360 Annual — $89 per year, shown as approximately $7.42 per month. Compared with twelve monthly payments at $9.97, the annual plan saves $30.64 per year, or about 26%.

Pre-Health Foundations and Path 360 are purchased separately. Buying one does not automatically unlock the other.

Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase; a later change does not affect access you have already bought.

Basic Path360 access is free and does not require a payment method. Pre-Health Foundations is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Full Path 360 is a recurring subscription that renews automatically on the monthly or annual billing interval selected at checkout until canceled.

Pre-Health Foundations lifetime access does not expire while we continue to operate and offer that product. Path 360 access continues through the paid subscription period and requires an active subscription or an already-paid remaining billing period.

You can cancel a Path 360 subscription through Path360 Settings → Billing before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily shorten a billing period that has already been paid for. If the self-service billing portal is unavailable, contact us through the Contact page for help.

Promotional codes may reduce the price of a plan they apply to. A code is valid only for the plans it was issued for, and only while it is active and within any redemption limit.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

Except where required by law, completed purchases are generally final once access has been granted.

If you were charged twice, cannot access the product because of a problem we cannot resolve, or believe there was a billing error, submit a request through the Contact page within 14 days of purchase. We review these requests individually.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on Stripe and your financial institution.

Course material, career profiles, written explanations, and the design of this site belong to us. You may use them for your own study.

You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the material, or use it to build a competing product.

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us a limited permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate the features you choose to use.

Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the service. We will not publish a review, story, document, or other content that identifies you without your permission.

Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, addresses, patient images, or other information that could identify a patient. Path 360 is not intended to store protected health information.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the account, planning, document, analytics, and AI-feature data the service processes.

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, corrected, reorganized, or temporarily unavailable.

For Pre-Health Foundations, lifetime access means access for as long as we continue to operate and offer the purchased product. It does not guarantee that every feature or item of content will remain unchanged forever.

If we discontinue a paid product, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and explain any available data-export, replacement, or refund options required by applicable law.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it — including decisions made about education, career, or finances.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top. When a new acceptance is required, we will ask account holders to review the updated terms before continuing to use affected features.
